      Pamela-

If you look at the right-hand side of the blog, you will see a menu option of receiving the blog updates via email. Just put your email address in there and submit it. You should then receive a confirmation email you will need to respond to before you will receive updates via email – that is to ensure it is a valid email address as well as to make sure I’m not spamming anyone.

      Regards,

      Michael
